the program of the week. Departure to Dijon by TGV 1st

DAY
2 : DIJON, HISTORICAL CAPITAL OF BURGUNDY
 Dijon, capital of the Dukes of
Burgundy, and its historical treasures. The famous Mustard of
Maison Maille. Initiation to the Burgundian
cooking
at Restaurant
de la Porte Guillaume, Place d'Arcy.
The traditional gingerbread Michelin.
Dinner at L'Hostellerie du Chapeau Rouge with a personal
welcome from the Chef William Frachot.
Back to Hôtel de la Cloche****.

3 : "LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU" IN BURGUNDY
 Personalized visit

followed by Epoisses
cheese tasting. The 17th Century

recettes of Marquise de Sévigné. The Roman River Seine
spring. Personalized visit

DAY 5 : THE RELIGIOUS MIDDLE AGES
