DAY 1 : WELCOME TO THE COTE D'EMERAUDE
  Welcome at Charles de
Gaulle airport in Paris.
Departure to Rennes in TGV 1st
class. Accommodation and dinner at
Grand
Hotel Barrière****
in Dinard,
overlooking the sea in front
of Saint Malo Bay and the famous Tour
Solidor of Saint Servan.
DAY
2 : THE CORSAIRS OF SAINT MALO COUNTRY
Discovery from the sea of the beautiful and unique fortified
city of Saint
Malo.
Private visit of a prestigious Corsair
house of the 17th Century. The
dauntless corsairs like Dugay Trouin or Surcouf,
Napoleon's corsair. Lunch at the traditional Crêperie
Le Corps de Garde, with a view
on the Bay and the lighthouses of Saint Malo.
We invite you at Montmarin, beautiful Malouinière
château built on the
left bank of the Rance by a rich ship owner in the Golden
Century. From the 18th Century
"Jardins à la française" to
the romantic park well-known
for its botanic collections, you will penetrate into
the historical universe of "Ces
Messieurs de Saint Malo". Visit of Tour Solidor and walking
along the Saint Servan harbor. Dinner at the Gastronomic
Restaurant Tirel Guérin with a comfortable atmosphere
and a Louis 13th decoration.

3 : THE HISTORICAL RANCE VALLEY
The well known 19th
century sea resort of Dinard and its peaceful surroundings.
You will be charmed by the sumptuous villas of the 19th
Century.  Lunch at the Yachting
Club
overlooking the cruising boats.
Along the banks
of the river Rance
up to Dinan,
the medieval city of Duguesclin
and Duchesse Anne. Private Visit of the famous
cider-house Jean-Yves Prié,
along La Rance. Tasting and explanations on cooking
with apples and cider.
Down the Jerzual to the port of Dinan where we have
a medieval dinner at Relais Corsaire.
A Breton specialist will explain you the Kingdom of
Brittany and its original Art de Vivre. Back to Grand Hôtel****

4 : FROM THE CANCALE OYSTERS TO MONT SAINT MICHEL
Private visit
of Manoir de Limoelou and the adventure history of Jacques Cartier who discovered
Canada in the name of the King
of France in 1534. The picturesque
Cancale harbour and its famous oyster-beds.
You will meet breeders of oysters who will explain you
the secrets of the oysters,
and taste the delicious "cancalaises" oysters.
Lunch
at Restaurant Le Coquillage at Château Richeux****,
Relais et
Châteaux, sumptuous villa from the beginning
of the 19th Century overlooking
the Mont Saint Michel Bay. Explanations
how to prepare a beautiful seafood plate by the Chef
trained by Olivier Roellinger.
Discovery of the fabulous Beauty of the
World from the Mont
Saint Michel Bay where you have the quicksands
and the fascinating biggest spring
tides in Europe. You will have an unique experience

5 : THE MYSTERIOUS MONT SAINT MICHEL

DAY 6 : LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU IN NORMANDY

de Saint Paterne.

7 : RETURN TO PARIS
After breakfast,
we will traverse Normandy and arrive in Paris.
