Latour opened exclusively the chais which
are under renovation : high-technology is
serving excellence.
This passionate
visit was followed by a private wine-tasting
of the famous Grands Vins de Latour and
Forts de Latour 2001, 2000 and 1996.
Château
Margaux:
Tina
Bizard allowed us to revive the traditions
which remind the prestige of the Grands
Vins de Château Margaux.
During
the visit of the authentic chais, she exceptionally
opened the doors of the "vinothèque"
which bottles date from 1848.
Some of
the corporation guild, such as the working
cooperage, are still practising their know-how
inside the Domaine.
After a wine-tasting,
we had the privilege to walk in the private
garden of Château Margaux.
