DAY 3 : TABLE DRESSING ART

visit of Baccarat, famous for
glass-ware and of the Museum Lady Baccarat. Private visit of
Bernardaud, famous Limoges
China-ware. Lunch at Bubbles, Champagne drinks Restaurant,
near Opéra Garnier.
Table dressing Art through an
exclusive visit of Boutique Christofle, rue Royale.
The various manners to taste tea at
"Palais du Thé" of Fauchon, commented

Dinner at the fashionable Restaurant Costes, just near

DAY 4 : WINE TRAINING
AND TASTING

du Vin
on the Hill
of Passy
presented by Claude Josse.  Lunch in the medieval
wine cellar
commented by Monique Josse. The Montmartre
vineyards
and relax promenade overlooking Paris. Exclusive meeting
with the Head
Sommelier of the Hôtel de Crillon which
cellar has more than 100 000 bottles.

by the Chef.
DAY 5 : HOW TO PURCHASE
THE BEST FOOD PRODUCTS ?
Morning visit of
the typical open
market rue Montorgueil, where you can find the very
fresh seasonal products.
Cooking
training
with the fresh products. Lunch at the very
Parisian Brasserie
L'Escargot Montorgueil, near les Halles. Around Place de
la Madeleine where are located the gourmet groceries Hédiard, Fauchon, Maison du
Chocolat and Maille. Tea time at Ladurée with tasting
of their unique macaroons of various
flavours.
Dinner at Restaurant
Le
Violon d'Ingres prepared by Chef Christian Constant, the renown
Maître Cuisinier de France.
DAY 6 : INITIATION TO THE FRENCH
BREAD, CHEESE AND FOIE GRAS
Meeting with Michel Fouchereau, Maître
Fromager
(cheesemonger) and Gérard
Mulot,
Maître
Boulanger
(baker) who will betray their making
secrets and let you taste their best products.
Lunch at the famous cheese Restaurant Androuët. At our home, near the Eiffel
Tower, cooking
class around Foie Gras preparation
and tasting with a glass of Sauternes. Magic Dinner Cruise on the River Seine in a beautiful
transparent boat.
DAY 7 : FAREWELL DAY
After breakfast,
transfer to Charles de Gaulle airport or to TGV Station.
