Accommodation in a famous and luxurious Palace located in
   the heart of Paris.

Presentation of the program.

First discovery of Paris.

Welcome dinner at La Brasserie La Coupole.

DAY 2 : THE TABLE ART IN VERSAILLES AND PARIS

The origins of the French "savoir vivre" and "savoir faire"
    at Château de Versailles.

Lunch at Restaurant Les 3 Marches of Trianon Palace in
   the Château de Versailles Park. You will meet the Chef Gérard Vié.

The French Table decoration : exclusive visits to Christofle,
   Baccarat and Bernardaud boutiques, rue Royale.

Dinner at the fashionable Restaurant Costes, just near Place
   Vendôme where are located the most prestigious jewellers Chaumet,
   Van Cleef, Boucheron, Cartier ...

DAY 3 : THE FINE PARISIAN GASTRONOMY

Morning visit to the open-air market rue Montorgueil where you
   can find the very fresh seasonal products.

Exclusive meetings with master cheesemonger, and Gérard Mulot, master breadmaker.
   Discover their production secrets and taste their best products.

Lunch at the typical Parisian Brasserie L'Escargot Montorgueil.

Exclusive meeting with Head Sommelier of the Hôtel de Crillon
   which cellar has more than 100 000 bottles.

Tea time at Ladurée where you will enjoy the best macarons in Paris.

Relax end afternoon around Place de la Madeleine where are located
   the gourmet groceries Hédiard, Fauchon, La Maison du Chocolat and Maille.

Magic cruise dinner on the River Seine.

DAY 4 : "LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU" IN HAUT MEDOC

Departure to Bordeaux by TGV 1st Class train.

Accommodation at Château Meyre (private XVIIIth Century château)
   which domain is located in the heart of Médoc among vineyards old
   of 3 hundred years.

Lunch around Lesson of Cuisine and initiation to wine tasting with
   Michel Gautier, Maître Cuisinier de France and Kinette Gautier,
   Maître Sommelier de l'Union de la Sommellerie Française.

In the after noon, visit of the vineyards of Château Meyre with the owners,
   swim or game of tennis.

Festive dinner at Château Meyre.

DAY 5 : "LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU" IN MEDOC  

Exclusive visit of Château Margaux and selected high class wine tasting.

Lunch at Le Lion d'Or at Arcins de Margaux.

Exclusive visit of Latour Castle and selected high class wine tasting.
  
Dinner on the Bassin d'Arcachon.

Back to Château Meyre.

DAY 6 : "LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU" IN SAINT EMILION

Exclusive visit of a château in Pomerol and selected
   wine tasting.

Lunch at l'Hostellerie Plaisance in the heart of the
   medieval city of Saint Emilion, with a view on the vineyards.

Exclusive visit of a château in Saint Emilion and selected
   wine tasting.

Accommodation at Château Hôtel **** Luxe Grand Barrail
   beautifully located in Saint Emilion on the banks of a small lake
   in a 3 hectares park.

Farewell dinner at Hôtel **** Luxe Grand Barrail.

DAY 7 : THE ARISTOCRATY OF WINE IN BORDEAUX

Departure to Bordeaux.

From Place de la Bourse Louis XV to Quai des Chartrons, you will be in contact
   with wine aristocrat merchants. It will be the occasion for you to meet experts in the
   Bordeaux high class wines.

Light Lunch at Restaurant Le Chapon Fin, decorated by Duprat in 1900 where
   Alphonse XIII, King of Spain, and Sarah Bernhardt loved to come. The Lunch will be
   prepared for you by Chef Francis Garcia.

Departure to Paris Charles by TGV 1st Class or plane.
