4 : "LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU" IN HAUT MEDOC
Departure to Bordeaux by TGV 1st
Class train. Accommodation at Château
Meyre
(private XVIIIth Century château)
which domain is located in the heart of Médoc
among vineyards old of 3 hundred years.
Lunch around Lesson of
Cuisine and initiation to wine tasting with Michel Gautier, Maître
Cuisinier de France and Kinette Gautier, Maître
Sommelier de l'Union de la Sommellerie Française.
In the after noon, visit of the vineyards
of Château Meyre with the owners,
swim or game of tennis. Festive dinner at
Château Meyre.

DAY 5 : "LA VIE DE CHÂTEAU" IN MEDOC

of Château Margaux and selected high class wine
tasting.

Dinner on the Bassin

of Saint Emilion, with a view on the vineyards.

7 : THE ARISTOCRATY OF WINE IN BORDEAUX
Departure to Bordeaux.
From
Place de la Bourse Louis XV to Quai des Chartrons, you will be
in contact with wine aristocrat merchants.
It will be the occasion for you to meet experts in the
Bordeaux high class wines.
Light
Lunch at Restaurant Le Chapon Fin, decorated by Duprat in 1900
where Alphonse XIII, King of Spain,
and Sarah Bernhardt loved to come. The Lunch will be
prepared for you by Chef Francis Garcia. Departure to Paris
Charles by TGV 1st Class or plane.
